Q. How many gym sessions are programmed per week?

A. This is totally dependent on you. Sessions can be scheduled 3/4/5 days per week. For optimal recovery, we suggest no more than 5 active sessions per week.

Q. Can I run whilst on this programme?

A. Absolutely. Our S&C sessions designed to compliment other activities.

Q. Do I have to track my calories?

A. No, you do not HAVE to. Dietary recommendations will be made based on what you report you are eating during the check in sessions. But, note you will only get optimal results by executing the S&C sessions as they are intended and that you meet your nutritional needs, tracking or not.

Q. Do you help with tracking food intakes?

A. You will receive a comprehensive guide as to how to track your food intakes upon signing up.
